Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Creative Copywriter – Content Development Specialist to join our fast‑growing digital marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will shape the voice of our brand across multiple platforms, craft compelling narratives, and drive audience engagement through strategic storytelling. The ideal candidate blends sharp copywriting talent with a deep understanding of social media trends, branding aesthetics, and data‑driven content strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and edit high‑impact copy for social media posts, video scripts, blog articles, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and product managers to ensure copy aligns with visual concepts and brand guidelines.
  • Research and stay ahead of emerging social media trends, platform algorithms, and cultural moments to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Lead the content planning process by creating editorial calendars, brainstorming session agendas, and concept pitches.
  • Conduct audience analysis and performance reviews using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social) to refine messaging and improve ROI.
  • Mentor junior copywriters and interns, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all copy adheres to legal, compliance, and brand‑safety standards while maintaining an authentic tone of voice.
  • Participate in cross‑functional meetings to align content strategy with product launches, marketing initiatives, and sales objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • At least 0–2 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably within an agency or fast‑moving consumer brand.
  • Demonstrated ability to write engaging scripts and captions that drive interaction and conversion.
  • Strong knowledge of current social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) and their evolving best practices.
  • Excellent aesthetic sense with an understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and tone consistency.
  • Experience in content strategy development, performance measurement, and data‑driven optimization.
  • Creative thinking skills, curiosity, and a willingness to experiment with new formats and ideas.
  • Open to working with all genders; inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional project deadlines.
