Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Staff Pemasaran Cabang KTA Seluruh Jakarta to join our growing retail finance team. This role is pivotal in driving the acquisition and retention of customers for our Kredit Tanpa Agunan (KTA) products across the Jakarta region. The successful candidate will act as the front‑line representative, delivering product knowledge, conducting thorough client assessments, and consistently meeting sales targets while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect new and existing customers through phone calls, face‑to‑face visits, and organized canvassing campaigns.
- Provide clear, concise explanations of KTA product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms to potential borrowers.
- Collect, verify, and audit all required documentation (identification, income proof, collateral statements) to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, tracking progress against weekly and monthly targets set by the branch manager.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to expedite approval processes and resolve any documentation gaps promptly.
- Conduct follow‑up visits or calls to existing clients to identify cross‑selling opportunities, such as additional loan products or financial services.
- Participate actively in regular training sessions, product workshops, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain a well‑organized workspace, ensuring that all client records are up‑to‑date and securely stored in accordance with data protection policies.
- Operate under pressure to meet or exceed sales quotas while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive brand image.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 42 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within financial services, consumer lending, or related product lines.
- Valid driver’s license and personal motor vehicle for client visits and field canvassing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Detail‑oriented mindset, especially when reviewing client documentation and loan applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a target‑driven environment.
- Clear background check (BI) and no legal impediments.
- Willingness to undergo continuous training and adapt to new sales tools or processes.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and resilience under pressure.
