Responsibilities
- Promote BCA Finance products and services through proactive outreach, networking, and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share within the Kisaran region.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with partners, dealers, and other stakeholders relevant to BCA Finance’s operations.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and perform comprehensive analyses of consumer creditworthiness and loan eligibility.
- Support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into approved financing applications.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to branch management.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including credit, operations, and marketing—to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.
- Participate in community events and local business forums to enhance brand visibility and gather market intelligence.
- Adhere to BCA Finance’s compliance standards, including data privacy regulations under UU No. 27/2022.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate degree) or S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in any discipline, with a GPA of at least 2.50.
- Male candidates (as specified by the posting).
- No upper age limit; candidates of any age who meet the qualifications are welcome.
- Strong analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail when evaluating consumer data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients and partners.
- Passion for field work and a willingness to travel within the Kisaran area.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle for daily commuting.
- Residency in Kisaran or surrounding districts is required.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets under minimal supervision.
