Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our cabin crew as Steward Layanan Penumpang Maskapai. This role is the face of our airline, ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of every passenger on board. The ideal candidate will possess a strong service mindset, excellent communication abilities, and the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced aviation environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome passengers aboard, assist with boarding, and guide them to their seats while ensuring proper carry‑on storage.
  • Conduct pre‑flight safety checks of cabin equipment, emergency exits, and safety devices in compliance with airline regulations.
  • Deliver safety briefings, demonstrate emergency procedures, and respond calmly to any in‑flight emergencies or medical situations.
  • Provide high‑quality food and beverage service, accommodating special dietary requests and maintaining hygiene standards.
  • Monitor cabin conditions throughout the flight, addressing passenger concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a pleasant atmosphere.
  • Collaborate closely with pilots, ground staff, and fellow cabin crew members to ensure seamless flight operations.
  • Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors, elderly travelers, and passengers with disabilities.
  • Complete post‑flight paperwork, report any incidents, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in regular training sessions covering safety protocols, customer service excellence, and cultural sensitivity.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Minimum 19 years old; candidates must be within the legal working age limit.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality, customer service, or a previous cabin crew role.
  • Communication: Strong verbal skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey information clearly and courteously.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Personal Attributes: High initiative, disciplined work ethic, punctuality, and a professional appearance.
  • Residency: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Bogor, Indonesia.
  • Skills: Proficiency in food and beverage service, basic first‑aid knowledge, and a keen awareness of safety procedures.
