Introduction

This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will rotate across multiple stations, gain hands‑on experience in food and beverage service, and develop a deep understanding of restaurant operations. Responsibilities
- Learn and master every job desk and station within the restaurant, including cashier, server/waiter, noodle preparation, bar, dim‑sum, production, and clean‑up areas.
- Perform rolling station assignments to ensure flexibility and coverage across all shifts, adapting quickly to changing customer flow.
- Deliver friendly, prompt, and accurate service to every guest, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, such as cash reconciliation, inventory checks, and equipment sanitation.
- Participate actively in on‑the‑job training sessions, workshops, and store‑wide skill‑building programs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate orders, resolve issues, and uphold smooth operations.
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management immediately.
- Uphold the brand’s service standards by consistently following standard operating procedures and company policies.
- Contribute ideas for menu enhancements, service improvements, and operational efficiencies during team meetings.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in food & beverage, restaurant, or customer service environments, or a recent graduate with strong motivation to learn.
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Good physical health with no chronic illness that would affect job performance.
- Active police clearance (SKCK) with no criminal record.
- Willingness to work a 6‑day shifting schedule with one weekday off.
- Readiness to attend mandatory training at the store and complete ongoing development programs.
- Flexibility to be placed in any restaurant station and to handle rolling station rotations.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
