We are seeking an energetic Store Leader to oversee the daily operations of our Playground Happy Kiddy store, ensuring exceptional service, smooth store functions, and a joyful atmosphere for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates, activity facilitators, and food‑service staff to deliver high‑quality customer experiences.
- Plan and execute daily work schedules, manage shift rotations, and ensure proper coverage during peak hours and special events.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, oversee inventory control, and coordinate stock replenishment to meet sales targets.
- Monitor and improve service etiquette, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and child‑friendly manner.
- Organize and supervise in‑store activities, birthday parties, and promotional events that align with the brand’s playful ethos.
- Track key performance indicators such as sales volume, average transaction value, and staff attendance, and report findings to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food‑service regulations, conducting regular audits of the play area, retail floor, and kitchen zones.
- Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing skill‑building sessions for existing staff, emphasizing teamwork, safety, and child‑centric service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local advertising campaigns, loyalty programs, and seasonal promotions.
- Handle cash handling procedures, daily cash‑up, and banking activities with accuracy and integrity.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Team Leader in retail, hospitality, or food & beverage environments.
- Strong passion for working with children and an understanding of child safety standards.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, and willing to relocate or travel to other company locations when required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Demonstrated service etiquette and a customer‑first mindset.
- Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
