Introduction
The Store Operations Crew Member is a critical frontline role that ensures the smooth daily functioning of our fast‑moving consumer goods (F&B) retail locations. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the successful candidate will combine hands‑on operational expertise with strong teamwork and customer‑service mindset. Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming merchandise, ensuring all items meet quality and quantity standards.
- Transport stock between the central warehouse and store branches, using a personal motorcycle and maintaining a valid driver’s license.
- Organize and replenish shelves, maintaining optimal product rotation (FIFO) and minimizing out‑of‑stock situations.
- Maintain a spotless store environment, including regular cleaning of display areas, aisles, and back‑room storage.
- Assist the kitchen team during peak periods by lifting heavy crates, loading equipment, and performing basic food‑preparation support tasks.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to execute promotional setups, in‑store events, and seasonal merchandising plans.
- Monitor inventory levels using the store management system, generating reports for the manager and flagging discrepancies.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, conducting routine equipment checks and reporting hazards immediately.
- Provide courteous assistance to customers, answering product queries and directing them to appropriate sections.
- Commit to a full‑time schedule, including weekends and national holidays, to ensure continuous store coverage.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Work Experience: At least 6 years in the F&B or retail sector, with a proven track record of reliable performance.
- Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 155 cm; ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg regularly.
- Transportation: Own a motorcycle and possess a valid driving license (SIM).
- Personal Attributes: Single, contract‑ready, highly dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with store management software and basic inventory control systems.
- Availability: Willingness to work full‑time hours (08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Saturday) and to attend shifts on weekends and public holidays as required.
