Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all customers, clients, and visitors with a friendly demeanor.
- Handle cash, credit, and electronic transactions accurately using the company’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Maintain and reconcile daily cash drawers, preparing reports for management at the end of each shift.
- Answer telephone calls, schedule appointments, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
- Provide basic administrative support such as filing, data entry, and preparing simple documents.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and promotional materials, placing orders when necessary.
- Assist in preparing the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate closely with sales, accounting, and operations teams to resolve any transaction discrepancies.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new POS features, customer service techniques, and health‑and‑safety protocols.
Requirements

- Age: Maximum 28 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience as a cashier or receptionist is preferred but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with cash register systems, basic computer literacy, and proficiency in using office software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, a warm and courteous attitude, strong attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and support colleagues during peak periods.
- Availability: Ready to start work immediately and able to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
