Responsibilities

- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for loading, unloading, and handling of goods to minimize damage and loss.
- Utilize logistics software and GPS tracking tools to monitor fleet performance, identify bottlenecks, and generate performance reports.
- Conduct regular audits of stock accuracy, route efficiency, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Lead and mentor a small team of drivers, warehouse staff, and coordinators, fostering a collaborative and results‑driven culture.

Requirements
- Male or female applicants, aged up to 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 qualification is a strong advantage.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in logistics, distribution, or supply‑chain management.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, work quickly, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain professional networks.
