Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive beauty and hair consultations, assessing client needs and recommending appropriate styling, treatments, and products.
- Develop customized lookbooks and styling plans for individual clients, events, photo shoots, and runway presentations.
- Execute hair cutting, coloring, and finishing techniques in accordance with brand guidelines and current fashion trends.
- Stay updated on emerging fashion, beauty, and grooming trends through continuous research, workshops, and industry events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sterilized and stored properly.
- Collaborate with fellow stylists, makeup artists, and sales staff to deliver a seamless client experience from consultation to checkout.
- Provide after‑care advice and product recommendations, fostering long‑term client loyalty and repeat business.
- Track inventory of styling products and supplies, placing orders when necessary to avoid stockouts.
- Assist in training junior staff and interns, sharing best practices and technical knowledge.
- Document client preferences and service outcomes in the salon management system for future reference.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 35 years or younger.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in beauty consultation, hair styling, or related fields (experience level may vary).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and convey recommendations clearly.
- Professional demeanor: courteous, honest, responsible, and hardworking.
- Strong teamwork orientation – able to cooperate with cross‑functional teams and support a collaborative studio culture.
- Passion for fashion and beauty, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Flexibility to work a full‑time schedule, Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
