Responsibilities

- Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback and individualized support.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, school administrators, and support staff to develop interdisciplinary projects and school‑wide initiatives.
- Maintain open lines of communication with parents and guardians, conducting regular meetings and reporting on student achievement.
- Participate in extracurricular activities, such as clubs, sports, or cultural events, to enrich the student experience.
- Stay current with educational best practices, incorporating innovative teaching technologies and methodologies.

Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education or a related field.
- Age: Minimum 18 years, maximum 50 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with prior teaching experience, especially those who have completed a teaching practicum, are preferred.
- For applicants holding a high school (SMA) or pesantren diploma, demonstrable teaching experience is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a child‑friendly manner.
- Strong moral character: honesty, trustworthiness, and adherence to school policies.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to integrate digital tools into the classroom.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
