Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels by coordinating with the procurement team, conducting regular stock audits, and minimizing shrinkage.
- Schedule, train, and supervise store staff, ensuring clear communication of performance expectations and providing ongoing coaching.
- Maintain an excellent customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring that sales associates adhere to service standards.
- Develop and implement operational improvements, such as workflow optimizations, visual merchandising guidelines, and loss‑prevention strategies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, tracking key metrics like sales volume, gross margin, and employee productivity.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to execute promotional campaigns and in‑store events that drive foot traffic.
- Ensure a safe and clean store environment, enforcing health and safety regulations and conducting regular inspections.
- Work closely with senior management to align store objectives with broader corporate goals and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years (flexible based on experience).
- Gender: Male (open to qualified candidates of any gender who meet the skill criteria).
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in retail operations, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a high level of personal responsibility.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Capability to perform well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Key skill: Operational management of a motor‑parts store, including inventory control and staff coordination.
