Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Logistik – Pengelolaan Distribusi dan Stok Barang to lead our distribution and stock management operations. This pivotal role is responsible for orchestrating the end‑to‑end logistics flow, from planning delivery schedules to monitoring fleet performance and ensuring that every product reaches the customer on time and in perfect condition. Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve daily, weekly, and monthly delivery schedules that align with customer demand and inventory availability.
- Allocate transportation assets—including trucks, vans, and drivers—optimizing routing to reduce fuel consumption and transit time.
- Monitor real‑time shipment progress using GPS tracking and logistics software, proactively addressing any delays or exceptions.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate picking, packing, and loading procedures that meet quality standards.
- Generate comprehensive reports on delivery performance, fleet utilization, cost analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management.
- Conduct regular debriefs with drivers and dispatch personnel to reinforce safety protocols, communication standards, and service excellence.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives such as route optimization, load consolidation, and lean warehouse practices.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service departments to synchronize demand forecasts and inventory replenishment cycles.
- Ensure compliance with local transportation regulations, customs documentation (if applicable), and company policies.
- Mentor and coach junior logistics staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum S1 (Bachelor’s) in Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in logistics, distribution, or supply‑chain management, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Age & Gender: Male candidates aged 30‑40 years.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in distribution management, route planning, fleet allocation, and logistics reporting tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication etiquette, analytical thinking for cost and performance analysis, excellent time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 15:00 – 23:00.
- Additional Competencies: Ability to lead cross‑functional teams, negotiate with carriers, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
