Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day execution of interior construction sites, ensuring all work aligns with approved design drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate closely with vendors, interior designers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve technical queries and maintain seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project schedules rigorously, enforce critical milestones, and proactively address any deviations to guarantee on‑time delivery.
- Manage project budgets and Bill of Quantities (BoQ), tracking material consumption and labor costs to keep the project within financial targets.
- Possess in‑depth knowledge of interior finish materials such as HPL, marble, solid surface, wood veneer, and glass, and advise the team on best practices for handling and installation.
- Interpret detailed construction drawings, perform accurate material take‑offs, and generate precise procurement lists.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a crew of site workers, fostering a safety‑first culture and encouraging continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular site inspections, generate progress reports, and document any non‑conformities for timely corrective action.
- Maintain compliance with local building codes, occupational health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client visits, providing clear updates and reinforcing the company’s reputation for professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMK, D3, or S1 in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience supervising interior fit‑out projects in a contracting environment.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—in Bahasa Indonesia and preferably English.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and material take‑off calculations.
- Solid understanding of interior finish materials (HPL, marble, solid surface, etc.) and their installation techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and make decisive decisions to keep projects on schedule.
