Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistent taste and presentation.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other barista equipment, performing routine cleaning and minor troubleshooting.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, answering product questions, and suggesting pairings to enhance the experience.
- Handle cash transactions, operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables, and communicate restocking needs to the store manager.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, adhering to food safety and health regulations, including proper storage and waste disposal.
- Collaborate with teammates to manage peak‑hour traffic, ensuring swift service while preserving product quality.
- Assist in training new hires on brewing techniques, customer service protocols, and safety procedures.
- Provide feedback on menu development, seasonal offerings, and operational improvements based on frontline observations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Marital status: Preference for single candidates, though this is not a strict exclusion.
- Physical health: Must be in good physical and mental condition to handle long standing periods and fast‑paced work.
- Prior experience: Experience in the food & beverage (F&B) industry, especially as a barista, is highly desirable.
- Technical skills: Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods, milk steaming, and equipment maintenance.
- Soft skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Availability: Must be able to work full‑shift schedules (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and be flexible with occasional overtime.
- Commitment: Not currently enrolled in a full‑time academic program or employed elsewhere.
- Willingness to reside in provided on‑site mess accommodation for the duration of the shift schedule.
