Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial operations, ensuring accurate recording of all cash and non‑cash transactions.
- Conduct thorough reviews of purchase orders, expense reports, and vendor payments to verify compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain the general ledger, reconcile bank statements, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop, monitor, and update the company’s budgeting plan, working closely with department heads to align forecasts with business goals.
- Prepare timely financial reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, variances, and actionable insights.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and ensure all documentation is complete and organized.
- Implement and continuously improve financial controls, reducing risk and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Utilize accounting software such as Accurate and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline processes and generate insightful dashboards.
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, transparency, and accountability.
- Support ad‑hoc financial analysis projects, such as cost‑benefit studies, profitability assessments, and cash‑flow forecasting.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in finance, accounting, or cost accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with Accurate accounting software (preferred).
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping processes, financial reporting standards, and budgeting techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and present clear recommendations.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a responsible attitude toward confidential information.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gemolong, Sragen, Central Java, with a work schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 09:00‑17:00.
