Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and professional Supir Operasional Kantor (Pengguna Jepang) to support our daily office operations in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will be a skilled driver with a solid understanding of vehicle mechanics, extensive knowledge of the Jabodetabek area, and the ability to interact courteously with Japanese clients and internal teams. Responsibilities
- Transport executives, Japanese clients, and staff safely between the office, client sites, airports, and other designated locations from Monday to Saturday (08:00 – 17:00).
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, basic maintenance, and troubleshoot standard automotive issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain a clean and well‑organized vehicle interior and exterior, adhering to company standards for presentation.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes within the Jabodetabek region, taking into account traffic patterns, construction, and special events.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of documents, equipment, and small parcels while ensuring their safety.
- Provide courteous and professional communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and basic Japanese, delivering information with politeness and clarity.
- Support office logistics by coordinating with facility management for parking, vehicle registration, and insurance renewals.
- Keep accurate daily logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or maintenance performed.
- Participate in regular safety briefings and attend optional driver training sessions to stay current with best practices.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 27‑35 years (maximum 35 years).
- Gender: Male.
- Experience: At least 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably within the Jabodetabek metropolitan area.
- License: Valid and active SIM A (Indonesian driver’s license for cars).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of standard automobile engines and the ability to perform minor repairs or coordinate service.
- Residence: Must reside in Jakarta, preferably South Jakarta, to ensure prompt availability.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, especially polite information delivery; strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
- Language: Ability to understand basic Japanese instructions or terminology is a plus.
