Introduction
Tim Mitra Collection Back End (MCBE) – Balige is seeking motivated individuals to join our collection team. This role focuses on managing accounts receivable (A/R) overdue, conducting field visits to clients, and supporting branch offices in handling problematic partners. The position offers a flexible work schedule and the chance to develop a career in the multifinance industry, even for candidates with little or no prior experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure timely execution of A/R overdue collection activities, maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
- Conduct on‑site visits to borrowers for direct collection, verification of payment status, and relationship building.
- Assist branch offices in the resolution of difficult or delinquent partner accounts, providing analytical support and actionable recommendations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets set by senior management, tracking performance against KPIs.
- Execute the retrieval of assets from high‑risk borrowers, coordinating with legal and security teams as required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection status, overdue trends, and recovery outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with credit underwriting, sales, and customer service departments to align collection strategies with overall business goals.
- Participate in regular training sessions on credit risk assessment, negotiation techniques, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and adhere to data protection policies.
- Provide feedback to product development teams regarding recurring collection issues and potential improvements to loan terms.
Requirements
- Open to candidates of any educational background; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Male applicants only, aged 18 – 65 years.
- Basic understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong orientation toward achieving targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to negotiate and build trust.
- High degree of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Possession of an SPPI (Surat Pengantar Penagihan) card is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, loan processing, debt collection, and interpersonal communication.
- Flexibility to work a schedule of 08:00 – 16:00, Monday through Sunday, with adaptable shift arrangements as needed.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
