Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility analyses of potential BFI Finance customers, evaluating their ability to meet loan repayment obligations.
- Verify all submitted customer data, including personal identification, employment details, and vehicle documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Perform on‑site environmental checks, such as neighborhood assessments and property observations, to corroborate the information provided by applicants.
- Visit customers at their residences to collect additional documentation, answer questions, and provide a clear explanation of the financing process.
- Gather and record complete, high‑quality information for each prospect, creating detailed reports that support underwriting decisions.
- Maintain ongoing communication with applicants, guiding them through each step of the application and fostering trust and transparency.
- Collaborate closely with the underwriting and sales teams, sharing insights from field visits to refine risk assessment models.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly target quotas for completed surveys while adhering to strict data‑privacy and security standards.
- Provide feedback on market trends and common obstacles faced by borrowers in the Samarinda area, contributing to continuous improvement of BFI Finance’s product offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; fields such as Business, Economics, or Engineering are advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial and personal data accurately.
- Passion for field work and willingness to travel extensively within the Samarinda region.
- Own a reliable two‑wheel motor vehicle and hold a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) with an active status.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of building rapport with diverse customer groups.
- High level of social awareness and the ability to adapt communication style to different cultural contexts.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets without compromising quality.
- Flexibility to work standard office hours (08:00 – 17:00) and adjust schedule for field assignments as needed.
