Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Admin Staff – Food, Non‑Food & Perishable to join our fast‑paced supermarket operation located in the SCBD area of South Jakarta. In this role, you will act as a critical link between the merchandising, logistics, and finance teams, ensuring that product pricing, inventory levels, and supplier relationships are managed with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities

  • Perform daily price‑change verification to guarantee that all product listings reflect the most current pricing information.
  • Coordinate closely with departmental teams—including purchasing, warehouse, and sales—to confirm stock availability and timely arrivals of both food and non‑food items.
  • Execute regular cycle count procedures, reconciling physical inventory with system data to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive daily reports covering sales performance, stock discrepancies (minus stock), and margin variances (minus margin).
  • Monitor the status of purchase orders (PO), follow up on pending items, and ensure that all documentation complies with internal control standards.
  • Develop and nurture strong working relationships with suppliers, facilitating smooth communication and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools—particularly Excel and Word—to create spreadsheets, dashboards, and formal correspondence.
  • Assist in ad‑hoc projects such as promotional price updates, inventory audits, and cross‑departmental process improvements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company policies on data confidentiality and workplace safety.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail administration, inventory control, or a similar field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong teamwork abilities, effective communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work on-site at the SCBD location in South Jakarta.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 07:00 – 16:00.
