Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader – Koordinator Tim Operasional to spearhead the development and implementation of student‑card insurance programs across schools, government agencies, community groups, markets, and UMKM partners. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about business development, possess strong networking capabilities, and can lead a small team to achieve measurable growth in a fast‑moving insurance environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential partner institutions such as schools, government bodies, private companies, village communities, marketplaces, and UMKM networks.
  • Present and negotiate cooperative agreements for the student‑card insurance program, tailoring proposals to meet each partner’s unique needs.
  • Design, pilot, and launch insurance programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with the company’s risk‑management policies.
  • Lead a small operational team, delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and providing coaching to enhance sales and service capabilities.
  • Conduct regular field surveys and market analyses to uncover new opportunities and refine target segmentation.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with both public and private stakeholders to facilitate smooth program implementation and address any operational challenges.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports, dashboards, and supporting documentation for senior management on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train business partners (mitra) to expand the distribution network and ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, underwriting, and claims departments to align product offerings with market demand and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as partnership acquisition rate, policy enrollment numbers, and revenue growth, taking corrective actions when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the insurance sector, preferably in B2B sales or partnership development.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they demonstrate strong communication and networking skills.
  • Valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Extensive network of contacts within schools, government agencies, community groups, markets, and UMKM sectors.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and lead a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
  • Strong analytical mindset to assess market potential, evaluate risk, and produce insightful reports.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating across functions.
  • Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional travel to partner locations.
