Introduction
The Park Mall Solo is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Kepala Outlet to lead one of its flagship retail locations. As the outlet’s primary point of contact, you will be responsible for driving daily operations, maximizing sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager and plays a pivotal part in reinforcing The Park Mall’s reputation as a premier shopping destination in Central Java.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the outlet’s daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Lead, coach, and schedule a team of sales associates, cashiers, and support staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high morale.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and conduct regular audits to minimize shrinkage.
- Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, set realistic goals, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Develop and execute promotional activities, visual merchandising plans, and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution and fostering loyalty.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance to senior management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with suppliers and the procurement team to negotiate terms, manage deliveries, and ensure product availability.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and service excellence.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; further education in business or retail management is a plus.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience as a leader, supervisor, or manager in a retail outlet or similar environment.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, delegate tasks effectively, and drive results.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and basic store management software (e.g., Sistem Manajemen Toko).
- Organizational Skills: Strong planning, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Personal Attributes: High integrity, customer‑oriented mindset, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
- Availability: Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime for special events.
