We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Machine Technician – Maintenance & Repair to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on CNC machines, hydraulic presses, conveyors, and auxiliary equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults using hand tools, multimeters, and diagnostic software.
- Disassemble, repair, replace, and reassemble components such as bearings, gears, belts, and actuators.
- Document all maintenance activities in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and update equipment logs.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to schedule downtime for major overhauls while minimizing impact on output.
- Assist engineering teams in implementing equipment upgrades and retrofits, including installing new control panels and sensors.
- Conduct safety inspections, ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols, and report any hazards immediately.
- Train junior technicians and production staff on basic troubleshooting techniques and proper equipment handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements that increase machine reliability.
Requirements
- Male candidates must be at least 18 years old; all genders are welcome to apply.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; specialization in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Mechanical (SMK Teknik Mesin) is preferred.
- Prior experience in industrial machine maintenance is advantageous but not mandatory; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English to interpret manuals and interact with cross‑functional teams.
- Demonstrated honesty, attention to detail, responsibility, and quick problem‑solving abilities.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy components, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Self‑motivated, capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Completed COVID‑19 vaccination series (minimum two doses).
- Proficient understanding of mechanical principles, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical circuits.
