Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and regularly maintain the Klinik Information Management System (SIMK) to ensure reliable patient data handling and appointment scheduling.
- Perform routine database administration tasks, including backup, recovery, and performance tuning of the clinical database.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure, conducting regular analyses to safeguard against downtime and security threats.
- Develop, schedule, and publish creative content for the clinic’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to increase patient engagement and community awareness.
- Collaborate with medical staff, marketing, and administration to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver user‑friendly solutions.
- Provide first‑line technical support to end‑users, diagnosing issues quickly and delivering clear, solution‑focused communication.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging health‑care IT trends, recommending improvements that align with the clinic’s growth strategy.
- Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and incident reports to maintain an auditable knowledge base.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing a growth‑mindset perspective and proactive problem‑solving ideas.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, or a closely related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed; candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are preferred.
- Strong technical foundation in:
- Database administration (SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL)
- Network administration and analysis
- Basic cybersecurity principles for database and network protection
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
