Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Teknisi Pemasangan Peralatan Industri to join our dynamic team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that industrial equipment is installed, commissioned, and maintained to the highest standards of safety and efficiency. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects ranging from small‑scale factory upgrades to large‑scale plant installations, supporting our commitment to delivering reliable solutions for the manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and execute the installation of industrial machinery, conveyor systems, and auxiliary equipment in accordance with technical drawings and client specifications.
- Conduct pre‑installation site assessments, verify power and utility connections, and ensure compliance with local safety regulations.
- Perform functional testing, calibration, and commissioning of equipment, documenting all results for client approval.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues that arise during installation or initial operation.
- Maintain accurate installation logs, as‑built drawings, and hand‑over documentation for each project.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and supply‑chain teams to coordinate material delivery and schedule adherence.
- Provide on‑site training and technical support to client operators, ensuring a smooth transition to normal production.
- Adhere to company safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and promote a culture of zero‑incident work environments.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements that reduce installation time and cost.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent technical diploma.
- Age: up to 35 years old (flexible based on experience).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in industrial equipment installation or a related field.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical schematics, P&IDs, and electrical diagrams.
- Strong communication skills – able to convey technical information clearly to both clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
- Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Resilience under pressure, with a track record of meeting tight project deadlines.
- Familiarity with shop‑floor management systems (e.g., ERP, inventory control) is a plus.
