Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Guru Les Kelompok di Rumah to join our dynamic team in Jepara. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality, small‑group tutoring sessions in the comfort of students’ homes. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, providing tailored instruction that aligns with national curricula and individual learning goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans for small groups, ensuring each session meets the specific needs of the learners.
- Assess student progress through informal quizzes, assignments, and regular feedback, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
- Prepare teaching materials, visual aids, and digital resources that complement the curriculum and enhance comprehension.
- Maintain accurate attendance and performance records, and report outcomes to parents or guardians on a weekly basis.
- Communicate effectively with parents to discuss goals, address concerns, and recommend additional learning resources.
- Coordinate with other tutors and the central academic team to ensure consistency in teaching standards and share best practices.
- Uphold a safe, disciplined, and supportive learning environment within each home setting.
- Participate in periodic professional development workshops and training sessions offered by the company.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher in Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
- Preferably a graduate with a degree in Education (Sarjana Jurusan Pendidikan) or equivalent.
- Legal domicile in Kabupaten Jepara (Domisili Kab. Jepara) is required.
- Strong teaching ability with a demonstrated capacity to convey concepts clearly and effectively.
- Patience, discipline, and a high degree of responsibility when working with young learners.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with students and parents.
- Flexibility to adapt lesson plans based on varying learning styles and proficiency levels.
- No minimum years of experience required; fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
