Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Teknisi Sistem Pendingin Udara (AC) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air‑conditioning systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. This role offers a stable, full‑time schedule from Monday to Sunday, with working hours between 08:00 and 17:00. Responsibilities
- Perform installation of split‑type, window, and central air‑conditioning units according to manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance, including cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and testing electrical components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults, replace defective parts, and ensure timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to verify proper system layout.
- Coordinate with customers to explain system operation, provide usage tips, and answer technical questions.
- Maintain accurate service reports, inventory logs, and work orders using our digital management system.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including the proper handling of refrigerants and electrical equipment.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and supervisors on complex projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on emerging cooling technologies, energy‑efficiency standards, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent technical diploma.
- Gender: Male (as per company policy).
