Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and recruit potential borrowers for Amartha’s micro‑loan programs, leveraging community networks, local events, and referrals.
- Provide continuous economic coaching to households, helping them manage cash flow, improve savings habits, and plan for business growth.
- Conduct thorough field surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s risk‑assessment criteria, policies, and procedural guidelines.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on client eligibility, loan size, repayment capacity, and collateral considerations.
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process, including timely reminders, negotiation of repayment schedules, and resolution of disputes while maintaining a respectful client relationship.
- Collaborate closely with the regional operations team to share market insights, suggest product enhancements, and support community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, field visits, and transaction details in Amartha’s digital management system.
- Uphold Amartha’s brand reputation by embodying professionalism, integrity, and a customer‑first mindset during every field engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Age between 18 and 30 years (maximum 33 years considered).
- Both male and female candidates are welcome; preference may be given to women to promote gender balance.
- Own reliable transportation (motorcycle or car) for daily field visits across the Bogor 2 Cariu Jonggol region.
- Strong personal integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and disciplined work ethic.
