The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking in front of the camera, have a keen interest in live‑stream commerce, and possess a solid background in sales and digital content creation. Responsibilities
- Lead and host live streaming sessions, presenting products with confidence and professionalism.
- Drive product sales during each broadcast by highlighting key features, demonstrating usage, and answering viewer questions in real time.
- Develop and collaborate on content strategies with the marketing team to maximize live traffic and conversion rates.
- Prepare scripts, product lists, and visual aids ahead of each session to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain an upbeat and patient demeanor while addressing viewer inquiries, offering personalized recommendations, and handling objections.
- Monitor live analytics (viewer count, engagement, sales metrics) and provide post‑show reports for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with the production crew to manage technical aspects such as lighting, sound, and camera setup.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest beauty trends, product knowledge, and social media platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to refine hosting techniques and sales tactics.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in live streaming, online sales, or related digital marketing roles.
- Comfortable speaking in front of a camera and capable of maintaining viewer interest for extended periods.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a live‑commerce setting.
- Familiarity with beauty and personal‑care products is highly preferred.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to D.I. Yogyakarta.
- Active social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube) that can be shared as part of the application.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for special promotional events.
- Portfolio or sample video footage demonstrating on‑camera presence (optional but encouraged).
