Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Tenaga Penjualan to join our sales team at the Simpang Empat branch. This position plays a pivotal role in expanding our dealer network, nurturing relationships with existing partners, and driving the adoption of our latest motorbike models and digital sales programs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, possesses a strong sales mindset, and is eager to grow within the evolving world of online and offline motor vehicle distribution.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and strengthen existing Perjanjian Kerjasama (PKS) with dealers, ensuring compliance and mutual satisfaction.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers and channel partners, presenting product portfolios and promotional programs.
  • Conduct regular product and program briefings so that dealers fully understand features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Collaborate closely with the Section Head Motor to align branch objectives, share market insights, and coordinate sales campaigns.
  • Educate dealers on the self‑service purchase order (PO) system, guiding them through the digital input process and troubleshooting issues.
  • Track sales targets, report performance metrics, and propose actionable strategies to exceed quarterly goals.
  • Gather market feedback, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide after‑sales support by addressing dealer inquiries, resolving disputes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • At least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Valid motorbike license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle for field visits.
  • Proficiency with Android smartphones and an active personal mobile number.
  • Strong desire to learn about online sales platforms, digital marketing, and e‑commerce tools.
  • Sales‑oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, high integrity, resilience, and a “never‑give‑up” attitude.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing market needs and work independently or as part of a team.
