Responsibilities
The Business Partner will be responsible for a wide range of activities that support our sales objectives and enhance market presence:
- Conduct on‑site prospecting and lead generation across Medan and surrounding areas.
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Execute product demonstrations, presentations, and promotional events to increase brand awareness.
- Collect and analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and daily activities using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and product launches.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
- Provide post‑sale support, addressing client inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions and performance reviews to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Male or female, maximum age of 28 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) up to a bachelor’s degree (S1) is acceptable.
- Own a personal motorbike for field travel.
- Willingness to work as a field marketer with flexible hours.
- Commitment to a 12‑month initial contract.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic analytical ability to interpret sales data and market feedback.
- Proficiency in Indonesian; English is a plus.
