Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute original visual designs for marketing campaigns, social media, website banners, and printed collateral.
- Perform end‑to‑end photo and video editing, including retouching, color correction, and basic to intermediate motion graphics.
- Develop layouts using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and CorelDRAW, ensuring brand consistency and visual hierarchy.
- Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to align visual concepts with messaging and campaign objectives.
- Maintain a well‑organized library of assets, templates, and style guides for efficient reuse across projects.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest design trends, software updates, and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality of output.
- Mentor junior designers by providing feedback, sharing techniques, and fostering a collaborative creative environment.
- Prepare final files for print production and digital distribution, ensuring correct formats, resolutions, and color profiles.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch presentations to contribute fresh ideas and visual solutions.
- Track project timelines, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of design excellence.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, preferably with a focus on visual arts or design.
- Age: 23‑27 years (flexible for exceptional talent).
- Gender: Male (as per company policy).
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing independent work.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (editing, retouching, promotional layout).
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere (basic to intermediate video editing).
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW for promotional layouts.
- Bonus skills: After Effects, Illustrator, Canva, and CapCut.
- Comfortable using both smartphone and digital cameras for image capture.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong visual storytelling ability.
- Excellent attention to detail and color accuracy.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Self‑motivation and a continuous learning mindset.
- Portfolio: Mandatory submission of a personal portfolio; applications without a portfolio will not be processed.
- Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
