Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Therapist Refleksi & Pijat Profesional to join our thriving wellness and beauty center. This position offers a dynamic work environment where the successful candidate will provide high‑quality reflexology and massage services to a diverse clientele seeking relaxation, pain relief, and overall well‑being. The role is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, with competitive compensation that includes a base salary, commission, meal allowance, and performance‑based bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional reflexology and therapeutic massage treatments in accordance with the center’s standards and client preferences.
- Assess each client’s health history and current condition to tailor sessions that address specific needs such as stress reduction, muscle tension, and circulation improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with other salon and beauty professionals—hair stylists, estheticians, and front‑desk staff—to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Educate clients on after‑care practices, self‑care techniques, and product recommendations that complement their treatment plans.
- Track client progress and maintain accurate service records using the salon’s booking and CRM system.
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to stay updated on the latest massage techniques, reflexology points, and wellness trends.
- Contribute ideas for new service packages, promotional events, and client retention strategies.
- Handle client inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage any service‑related concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a salon, spa, or wellness center, specifically in reflexology or therapeutic massage.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and caring demeanor.
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity required for prolonged standing and precise hand movements.

- Professional attitude, punctuality, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of hygiene and client confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of anatomy, pressure points, and body mechanics is preferred.
