Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand individual beauty goals and skin/hair conditions.
- Perform a range of beauty therapy services, including hair treatments, scalp massages, facial cleansing, and basic aesthetic procedures.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace by following strict hygiene protocols and proper equipment sterilization.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends, techniques, and product innovations in the beauty industry through continuous learning.
- Recommend appropriate beauty products and after‑care regimens tailored to each client’s needs.
- Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring efficient use of time and minimizing client wait periods.
- Collaborate closely with other therapists, stylists, and front‑desk staff to create a seamless client experience.
- Handle client feedback professionally, addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Operate motorized transportation when necessary for outreach events, product deliveries, or client home visits.
- Document services rendered, maintain accurate client records, and contribute to monthly performance reports.
Requirements
- Female Muslim applicant who observes hijab.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in a relevant field; SMA/SMK in Beauty or Hair Care is also acceptable.
- Graduates of SMK Kecantikan Rambut (Hair Beauty) with hands‑on training or related work experience.
- Strong willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new beauty techniques.
- Personal qualities: honesty, discipline, politeness, diligence, and agility.
- Valid motor vehicle license and ability to operate a motorbike safely.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary staff.
- Basic knowledge of beauty therapy procedures, product usage, and client safety standards.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
