Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, scanning items, applying discounts, and processing cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer, perform end‑of‑day cash reconciliation, and report any discrepancies to management promptly.
- Greet customers warmly, answer product‑related inquiries, and provide information on promotions or loyalty programs.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory control by reporting low‑stock items, participating in stock counts, and ensuring merchandise is correctly displayed.
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well‑stocked with bags, receipts, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service flow during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including regular sanitization of the workstation.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new POS features, product knowledge, and company policies.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with a secondary school certificate (SMP) are considered for kitchen‑related duties.
- Age: Must be 27 years old or younger.
- Gender: All genders are welcome to apply.
- Physical attributes: Minimum height of 165 cm for males and 155 cm for females.
- Health: Must be physically and mentally fit to handle a fast‑paced work environment.
- Skills: Familiarity with cashier systems, basic math proficiency, strong attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Availability: Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
