Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Tim Helper Operasional dan Dukungan to join our fast‑growing retail operations team. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent high school graduates who are eager to gain hands‑on experience in store management, logistics, and customer support. The successful candidate will work closely with store managers, inventory specialists, and the broader operations department to ensure that daily activities run smoothly and that customers receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Assist in opening and closing the store, including cash register reconciliation and security checks.
- Support inventory management by receiving shipments, labeling merchandise, and updating the store’s inventory system.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring product displays are attractive and comply with brand standards.
- Provide front‑line assistance to customers, answering product inquiries, guiding them to appropriate sections, and handling basic returns or exchanges.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule deliveries, track order status, and resolve any discrepancies in received goods.
- Operate store equipment such as scanners, point‑of‑sale terminals, and basic maintenance tools safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the store manager promptly.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, customer service etiquette, and operational best practices.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, cost‑saving measures, and ways to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including task logs, incident reports, and inventory adjustments.
Requirements
- Male candidates only.
- Maximum age: 25 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; SMP/MTS acceptable for internal training pathways.
- Valid Indonesian Driver’s License (SIM C) for occasional store‑related errands.
- Strong sense of integrity and ethical conduct; ability to handle cash and confidential information responsibly.
- Basic computer literacy, especially familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly demeanor and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 20 kg.
- Reliability and punctuality; willingness to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
