Introduction
We are seeking a talented Spesialis Desain Grafis Video to join our creative team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about visual storytelling, branding, and the latest digital design tools. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, collaborating closely with marketing, product, and communications teams to produce high‑impact visual content for both online and offline channels.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and edit engaging video and graphic assets for social media, website, advertising, and internal communications.
- Operate industry‑standard editing software such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and related tools to produce polished final products.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistent use of color palettes, typography, and visual style across all media.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and product managers to translate campaign ideas into compelling visual narratives.
- Manage a digital asset library, organizing files for easy retrieval and version control.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging design trends, motion‑graphics techniques, and platform‑specific specifications (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Conduct quality checks on all deliverables, ensuring they meet technical specifications and brand standards before publication.
- Provide constructive feedback to junior designers and assist in mentorship when required.
- Track performance metrics of visual content and suggest iterative improvements based on audience engagement data.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years; gender preference: female (per company policy).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or higher (D3/S1 preferred) in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proficient in graphic and video editing software such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere.
- Demonstrated ability to create original visual and video content that aligns with brand identity.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, layout composition, and color theory.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for presenting ideas clearly.
- Highly reliable, honest, disciplined, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Team‑player mindset with the flexibility to work independently on individual projects when needed.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
