We are seeking a motivated Tim Produksi dan Instalasi Plafon PVC to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This position is based in Indonesia and focuses on the full‑cycle production and installation of high‑quality PVC ceiling systems for commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities
- Prepare work orders and production schedules in coordination with the Production Manager.
- Measure, cut, and shape PVC panels according to technical drawings and project specifications.
- Assemble ceiling panels on site, ensuring proper alignment, fastening, and finishing.
- Conduct pre‑installation inspections of materials to verify quality and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to occupational health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with electricians, interior designers, and site supervisors to resolve installation challenges.
- Document daily progress, material usage, and any deviations from the plan for reporting purposes.
- Participate in routine equipment maintenance and report any malfunctioning tools.
- Provide on‑the‑job guidance to junior staff and assist in training new hires.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and cost‑saving measures.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as per project site requirements).
- Age: 18 – 30 years.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are welcome.
- Documentation: Updated CV, photocopy of KTP, photocopy of Kartu Keluarga.
- Personal attributes: Honest, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Core skills: Basic understanding of production processes, ability to follow technical drawings, and good manual dexterity.
- Soft skills: Effective communication, problem‑solving mindset, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
