We are seeking a dedicated Professional English Tutor to join Bimbel Tridaya, a leading tutoring network that serves students of all ages across Indonesia. This role is ideal for recent graduates or experienced educators who possess a strong command of the English language, a passion for teaching, and the ability to connect with learners ranging from elementary school children to adult beginners. As a key member of our instructional team, you will help shape the future of our students by delivering engaging, results‑driven lessons both in our classroom branches and in private settings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver dynamic English lessons for beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners, adapting content to suit each age group and proficiency level.
- Design lesson plans, instructional materials, and interactive activities that align with the curriculum and promote communicative competence.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, oral examinations, and written assignments, providing constructive feedback and personalized improvement strategies.
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and child‑friendly environment; build rapport with students to foster confidence and motivation.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance, attendance, and any areas requiring additional support.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors and senior educators to share best practices, contribute to curriculum enhancements, and participate in staff development workshops.
- Utilize digital tools and online platforms for hybrid teaching, ensuring seamless delivery of both in‑person and virtual sessions.
- Adhere to Bimbel Tridaya’s scheduling policies, working Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, and be flexible to cover additional tutoring sessions as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Academic excellence demonstrated by a GPA of at least 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to relate to children and adolescents.
- Professional appearance and clear, effective communication skills.
- Willingness to be placed at any Bimbel Tridaya branch nationwide or to conduct private tutoring sessions.
- Basic proficiency with educational technology, including virtual classroom software and learning management systems.
- Flexibility to work a full‑time schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 8 am‑5 pm) and occasional weekend or evening sessions.
