We are currently seeking a full‑time Tutor for the TWK (Tes Wawasan Kebangsaan) program. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, male professional under the age of 27 who holds at least a bachelor’s degree and brings a minimum of one year’s teaching experience at the senior high school level.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging, curriculum‑aligned lesson plans that make the TWK content fun and accessible.
- Deliver instructional material with clarity, using interactive techniques, multimedia resources, and real‑world examples to enhance comprehension.
- Coach students on effective study habits, time‑management strategies, and exam‑taking techniques specific to national competency tests.
- Monitor individual student progress through regular assessments, diagnostic quizzes, and performance analytics.
- Prepare detailed progress reports for students and parents, highlighting strengths, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations.
- Conduct one‑on‑one or small‑group tutoring sessions to address specific learning gaps and boost confidence.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors and curriculum developers to continuously refine teaching methodologies and keep content up‑to‑date with national standards.
- Support students in setting realistic academic goals aligned with their desired university or civil service school admission targets.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings, professional development workshops, and parent‑teacher conferences.
- Maintain a positive, motivating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and respectful discourse.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Social Sciences, Political Science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven teaching experience at the SMA (senior high school) level, preferably with a focus on TWK, PKN, or related civic subjects.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesia’s national curriculum and the structure of the TWK examination.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for student success.
- Team‑player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively with peers, administrators, and parents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report preparation and lesson material creation.
- Male gender, age not exceeding 27 years, in compliance with the specific posting requirements.
- Availability to work Tuesday through Sunday, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
