Responsibilities

- Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS systems, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff.
- Prepare and serve simple menu items such as fried, boiled, or sliced dishes, ensuring consistency and adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table setting, clearing, and resetting for the next guests.
- Monitor table turnover and manage time effectively to maximize seating capacity during peak hours.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments with precision, issuing receipts and change as needed.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate order delivery and resolve any service issues.
- Support inventory checks by reporting low stock items and assisting with restocking of dining supplies.
- Uphold high standards of personal hygiene and workplace cleanliness, contributing to a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
- Participate in regular team briefings, training sessions, and shift handovers to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 35 years.

- Basic cooking skills, including frying, boiling, and cutting, to support quick kitchen tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- High initiative, strong attention to detail, and a keen sense of cleanliness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly demeanor and the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
