We are seeking an enthusiastic Waiter – Customer Service Specialist to join our vibrant restaurant team. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS systems, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff.
  • Prepare and serve simple menu items such as fried, boiled, or sliced dishes, ensuring consistency and adherence to food safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table setting, clearing, and resetting for the next guests.
  • Monitor table turnover and manage time effectively to maximize seating capacity during peak hours.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments with precision, issuing receipts and change as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate order delivery and resolve any service issues.
  • Support inventory checks by reporting low stock items and assisting with restocking of dining supplies.
  • Uphold high standards of personal hygiene and workplace cleanliness, contributing to a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
  • Participate in regular team briefings, training sessions, and shift handovers to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 35 years.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in the hospitality field is essential.
  • Basic cooking skills, including frying, boiling, and cutting, to support quick kitchen tasks.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrating clear communication and cooperation.
  • High initiative, strong attention to detail, and a keen sense of cleanliness.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly demeanor and the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
