Introduction
SPX Express, a leading logistics and courier provider in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Kepala Hub – SPX Express to oversee operations at our strategic hub serving Sukabumi, Bandar Lampung, and surrounding regions. This pivotal role ensures that every parcel moves smoothly from the moment it is picked up until it reaches the customer’s doorstep, maintaining the high service standards that SPX Express is known for.

Responsibilities
- Monitor end‑to‑end parcel flow to guarantee on‑time deliveries, from pickup to final hand‑over.
- Coordinate daily activities with Warehouse, Line Haul, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to synchronize schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
- Implement loss‑prevention measures, ensuring that packages are protected from damage, theft, or misrouting.
- Track and reconcile all hub transactions, maintaining accurate records for inbound and outbound movements.
- Supervise inbound and outbound operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop hub staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.
- Analyze performance metrics, generate actionable reports, and propose process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations, company policies, and customer service level agreements (SLAs).
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, handling customer inquiries and issue resolution promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordination experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Hands‑on experience with Last Mile and First Mile operations.
- Comprehensive understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Proven leadership ability with a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Sukabumi, Bandar Lampung, or nearby areas.
- Flexible work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 09:30 – 18:30.
