Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to join our growing team in Kudus, Jawa Tengah. As a key member of our sales force, you will represent the company’s product portfolio, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction across a diverse distribution network.
Responsibilities
- Proactively promote and sell the company’s products to existing clients as well as prospect new customers within the assigned territory.
- Identify and cultivate leads from various distribution channels, preparing initial data and conducting thorough verification of customer information.
- Gather, verify, and complete all necessary documentation for customer credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Track the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates and communicating approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers about payment terms, due dates, and collection locations, while addressing any additional inquiries they may have.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to close sales while maintaining profitability targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, reporting sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
- Collaborate with the logistics and after‑sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and post‑sale support.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing strategic insights to improve product positioning.
- Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted).
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Gender: Male.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, meeting weekly and monthly targets.
- Proficient in using sales management tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to be placed in a location that matches the candidate’s domicile.
- Work schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
