Responsibilities

- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring any dietary restrictions or special requests are clearly communicated to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve dishes and drinks in a timely manner, adhering to proper plating and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, polishing silverware, and resetting after each guest departs.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure seamless service flow, especially during peak periods.
- Handle payment transactions efficiently, process credit card authorizations, and issue receipts while safeguarding guest confidentiality.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
- Monitor inventory of tableware, linens, and service supplies, reporting shortages to management for timely replenishment.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, performing regular sanitation checks of workstations and service areas.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefings to share feedback and improve overall service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher (D4).
- Age: Up to 35 years old (maximum).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least one (1) year of proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Honesty, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility in fast‑paced environments.
- Capable of performing under pressure while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
- Relevant food and beverage service skills, including knowledge of menu items, wine pairing basics, and proper serving techniques.
