Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and friendly Kasir Penjualan to join our vibrant team at the City Office (Kantor Kota) in Yogyakarta. This full‑time position offers a stable work environment with regular Monday‑Saturday hours (08:00‑17:00). As the face of our financial front desk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth cash transactions, accurate record‑keeping, and excellent customer service for visitors and internal departments alike. Responsibilities

  • Handle daily cash, credit, and electronic payments in accordance with established accounting procedures.
  • Maintain the cash register, ensuring that all cash drawers are balanced at the start and end of each shift.
  • Process sales transactions for office services, printing fees, licensing applications, and other municipal fees.
  • Issue receipts, invoices, and change accurately, while verifying the authenticity of banknotes and coins.
  • Provide courteous assistance to citizens, answering queries about payment methods, fee structures, and service schedules.
  • Record and reconcile daily transaction reports, preparing summaries for the finance department.
  • Assist in inventory management of cash handling supplies (e.g., receipt paper, cash bags, coin rolls).
  • Identify and report any discrepancies, suspected fraud, or technical issues with the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
  • Support special events or peak periods by handling increased transaction volumes efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work station, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female (per organizational policy).
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with cash register or POS software.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; a friendly demeanor when dealing with the public.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work six days a week.

    • Curriculum Vitae (CV/Daftar Riwayat Hidup)
    • Photocopy of latest diploma (Ijazah)
    • Photocopy of KTP
    • Photocopy of Kartu Keluarga
