Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Pendampingan Operasional Minimarket to join our rapidly expanding retail network in Indonesia. This full‑time position is based in Padang with the possibility of temporary assignments in other regions for one month or longer. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, overseeing the day‑to‑day performance of our minimarkets and ensuring that each outlet delivers excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and profitable results.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise store teams, ensuring that all staff members adhere to company standards for service, hygiene, and safety.
- Develop and implement daily operational plans, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage replenishment cycles to avoid stock‑outs or overstock situations.
- Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, set targets, and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular store audits and mystery shopper visits to evaluate compliance with merchandising, pricing, and promotional guidelines.
- Organize staff scheduling, shift rotations, and overtime management to optimize labor costs while maintaining service quality.
- Coach, train, and mentor store managers and front‑line employees on customer interaction, product knowledge, and loss‑prevention techniques.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations promptly, turning negative experiences into opportunities for brand loyalty.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and corrective actions.
- Assist in the rollout of new store formats, technology upgrades (e.g., POS systems), and promotional campaigns across multiple locations.
Requirements
- Male candidate, aged 30 years or younger.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a store manager or head of a minimarket, with a track record of meeting sales and operational targets.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to interact effectively with staff, suppliers, and customers.
- Strong leadership qualities: resilient, hardworking, trustworthy, and honest.
- Willingness to be placed outside Padang for a month or longer, with adaptability to new environments.
- Proficient in store management systems, inventory software, and basic Excel reporting.
- Ability to analyze data, make decisions quickly, and solve problems under pressure.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a customer‑first attitude.
