Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a professional demeanor.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, convey special requests to the kitchen, and input orders into the POS system.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation and adherence to portion standards.
- Monitor table status, anticipate guest needs, refill drinks, and address any concerns or inquiries immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring all service stations are stocked.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate seamless service flow.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or card transactions with accuracy.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings, share feedback, and contribute ideas for improving service quality.
- Represent the brand positively on social media when appropriate and engage with guests to encourage repeat visits.
Requirements
- Age: 18‑28 years old.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Professional appearance: Clean, tidy, and well‑groomed.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English preferred.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude: friendly, honest, disciplined, and responsible.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and occasional night service.
- Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant service is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays safely.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and customer service best practices.
