- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and promotional offers to enhance the guest experience.
- Monitor tables throughout service, refilling beverages, clearing plates, and responding to guest needs with a proactive and attentive attitude.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and end‑of‑shift cash-outs in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining area, adhering to hygiene standards and local health regulations.
- Collaborate seamlessly with fellow servers, hosts, and management to ensure smooth shift transitions and efficient table turnover.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings, menu tastings, and ongoing training sessions to stay current on menu changes and service standards.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for private events, banquets, and special occasions as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
