Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce visual assets for marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, print ads, and event collateral.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand language that aligns with the company’s positioning, tone, and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the content and copy teams to ensure designs complement messaging and drive engagement.
- Produce motion graphics and simple animations for video ads, Instagram Stories, and promotional videos, leveraging After Effects or comparable tools.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging design software, and best practices to continuously raise the creative bar.
- Prepare design files for production, ensuring proper resolution, color profiles, and file formats for print and digital distribution.
- Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and learning‑focused environment.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 or equivalent; SMK/S1 in any field is acceptable, with a strong preference for candidates from Visual Communication Design (DKV) or related disciplines.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of motion‑design tools such as After Effects is a strong plus.
- Creative Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to produce original, detail‑oriented designs that meet brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Professional Attitude: Strong time‑management skills, ability to work under pressure, and a collaborative mindset.
- Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of visual branding projects, social‑media content, and, if possible, motion graphics.
