Introduction

PT BNI Life Insurance is conducting a Walk‑in Interview for the position of Walk‑in Interview Bancassurance Specialist located in the vibrant Kemayoran area of Jakarta. Successful candidates will be placed across multiple BNI Bank outlets, including Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Pusat, Kota Bekasi, Kabupaten Bekasi, Karawang, Cikarang, and Jakarta Utara (Kelapa Gading). This role offers a unique opportunity to combine insurance expertise with banking distribution channels, providing customers with comprehensive life‑insurance solutions directly at their trusted bank branches.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute detailed sales plans for life‑insurance products within assigned BNI Bank outlets.
  • Conduct proactive prospecting, lead generation, and client outreach to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Present insurance solutions clearly, addressing customer needs and answering queries with confidence.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and policy documentation in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with BNI Bank staff to ensure seamless integration of insurance offerings into the bank’s product portfolio.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both internal stakeholders (branch managers, tellers, credit officers) and external clients (individuals and small‑business owners).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product features to provide informed recommendations.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, product workshops, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Assist in organizing and attending branch‑level promotional events, seminars, and community outreach programs.
  • Provide post‑sale support, including policy servicing, claim assistance, and renewal negotiations to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably D3/S1 in any discipline.
  • Maximum age: 35 years.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, banking, or insurance environments.
  • Professional, well‑groomed appearance with strong personal presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Demonstrated interest in a career in sales and financial services.
  • Active AAJI (Asosiasi Asuransi Jiwa Indonesia) license is not required; however, candidates with existing certification will be given preference.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English language skills are a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel between assigned branch locations within the Jakarta‑Kemayoran region.
